FPSC has announced the official syllabus for the Posts of  Assistant Private Secretary APS  on 04.02.2022. FPSC has followed the following pattern for his upcoming APS tests. APS test will be not an MCQs type test. Private Secretary test will be conducted on Computers instead of OMR Sheets FPSC. Following is the syllabus of the Assistant Private Secretary.

APS First Test – Typing Test

Assistant Private Secretary first test conduct on computer such as Typing Test with minimum speed of 50wpm. Those who pass this test get 35 Marks. if you want to get maximum marks in typing test You can prepare yourself for typing test by using typing tutor and typing master easily in your home.

APS 2nd Test – Shorthand Test

the second test is the Shorthand Test with a minimum speed of 100 W.P.M required for Assistant Private Secretaries and this section is also of 35 Marks.

APS 3rd Test – Computer Literacy Test

i. Microsoft Word (Typing, Formatting) 10 Marks
ii . Microsoft Excel (Typing, Graph, Calculations) 10 Marks
iii. Microsoft PowerPoint (Typing, Formatting, Inserting Objects) 10 Marks
