AFNS Selection Procedure

1. Initial Test

The initial written test consists of the following sections:

  • Verbal Intelligence Test

  • Non-Verbal Intelligence Test

  • Academic Test (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and English)

2. Medical Test

Candidates who qualify for the written test undergo an initial medical examination at Army Selection and Recruitment Centers (AS&RCs).

Medical examination includes:

  • Height measurement

  • Weight check according to BMI

  • Basic physical and medical fitness examination

3. Final Interview

Shortlisted candidates are called for the final interview by the GHQ Selection Board.

Interviews are conducted in major cities including:

  • Rawalpindi

  • Lahore

  • Karachi

  • Peshawar

  • Multan

  • Quetta

Candidates are informed through official call letters or contact details provided during registration.
