Selecting two different words that complete a sentence logically while producing the same overall meaning.

• Overview of Pakistan’s economy• Agriculture• Industry, GDP, inflation,• Fiscal budgets• Major infrastructure projects (e.g., CPEC).

Geography

Physical geography of Pakistan, major rivers, mountain ranges, climate, borders, natural resources, and demographics.

Islamiat (5%)

Seerat-un-Nabi

Life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Makkah and Madinah, major battles (Ghazwat), treaties, and his social/moral teachings.

Articles of Faith

Core beliefs: Tawheed (Oneness of Allah), Angels, Divine Books, Prophets, Day of Judgement, and Predestination.

Pillar of Islam

Detailed understanding of Shahadat, Salah (Prayer), Zakat, Sawm (Fasting), and Hajj (Pilgrimage).

Notes

  1. There should be five options given for each questions, exactly one of which should be correct, except in Text Completion, where more than one option may need to be selected.
  2. The options for one question should be jumbled up for the every candidate i.e. if a questions has options A, B, C, D, E for one candidate, if the same question appears for another candidate the order of the options could be C as the first option at A, A as the second option at B, and so on.
  3. Difficulty level of questions in each category should be adjusted according to educational qualification required for each post (i.e. Matriculation, Intermediate, or Bachelors).
  4. Non-Muslim candidates shall have the option to attempt “Islamic Studies” or “Comparative Study of Major Religions”, with the same weightage.
