What is zoonosis? Describe the etiology and pathogenesis of two viral and two bacterial zoonotic diseases. Also mention precautionary measures that should be adopted by a field veterinarian.

Enlist different methods of fodder preservation in dairy farm operations. Give an account of silage and hay. Describe methods of making silage and hay. Outline the important crops used for silage and hay making. What are the properties of good quality silage and hay, and their comparative advantages and disadvantages?

Vaccination: list the bovine vaccines available in Pakistan and identify which of these would be appropriate for Holstein-Friesian cattle kept in this herd, justifying your recommendations.
