1. Interview Center Par Jana (Arrival)
Time se 30–45 minutes pehle pohanchna
Mobile silent/off
Gate par ID card + call letter dikhana
Security check hota hai
Phir reception par:
Name check hota hai
Token ya waiting list milti hai
2. Waiting Area
Silent rehna
Mobile use avoid
Dusray candidates se unnecessary baat na karna
Confidence maintain rakhna
Yahan tension mat lena, sab log nervous hotay hain
3. Interview Room Entry
Jab naam bulaya jaye:
Knock lightly (agar door band ho)
“May I come in sir/madam?”
Entry ke baad straight kharay ho jana
4. Greeting
“Good Morning Sir/Madam”
Smile + confident face
Jab tak na bolein, na bethna
Agar bolein:
“Please have a seat”
5. Interview Start (Questions + Answers)
Tell me about yourself
Answer: “I am [Your Name], I have recently completed my education in [your degree]. I am interested in banking sector because it offers growth, learning opportunities and professional career development. My goal is to join a reputable organization like NBP and contribute positively.”
Why NBP?
Answer: “NBP is the largest government bank in Pakistan with strong reputation and nationwide network. It provides excellent career growth and learning opportunities. That’s why I want to build my career here.”
What is a Bank?
Answer: “A bank is a financial institution that accepts deposits, provides loans, and offers financial services to customers.”
What is KYC?
Answer: “KYC means Know Your Customer. It is a process used by banks to verify identity of customers to prevent fraud and illegal activities.”
What is Inflation?
Answer: “Inflation is the increase in prices of goods and services over time, which reduces purchasing power of money.”
Customer Handling Question
Question: If customer is angry what will you do?
Answer: “I will listen carefully, stay calm, understand their issue and try to solve it professionally without argument.”
6. Behavior During Interview
✔ Eye contact maintain ✔ Calm voice ✔ Don’t interrupt interviewer ✔ If answer nahi aata, politely bolo:
“Sorry sir, I am not fully aware but I will learn it.”
