Lady Cadet Course (LCC) Complete Guide & Test Preparation

Introduction to LCC

Lady Cadet Course (LCC) is a commission course through which females can join the Pakistan Army as a Captain in different corps and branches according to their qualifications.
Registration is conducted online through the official Pakistan Army recruitment system. After successful registration, candidates receive a test slip mentioning the date, time, and venue of the initial test.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Gender: Female
  • Nationality: Pakistani
  • Marital Status: Usually unmarried (as per advertisement)
  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education
  • Age Limit: Normally up to 28 years
  • Height: Minimum 5 feet
  • Weight: According to Body Mass Index (BMI)

Education Requirement

Candidates must possess at least 16 years of education in the relevant subject/discipline from HEC-recognized institutions.

LCC Test Pattern & Syllabus

The initial computer-based test generally consists of three portions:

This portion checks:

1) Online Initial Test
The computerized test has three stages:

Candidates must clear every portion separately. After qualifying one section, the system automatically proceeds to the next part.
2) Physical Test
Candidates are required to complete:
  • 1.6 KM Running within 14 Minutes

3) Medical Examination
The medical test checks:
  • Height & weight
  • Eyesight (6/6 with or without glasses)

4) Initial Interview

5) ISSB Process (5 Days)
ISSB is one of the most important stages of selection.

3) Pointer Stories
  • Two short statements shown
  • Candidates write complete stories
4) Incomplete Sentences
  • 4 sets
  • 26 sentences in each set
  • Includes Urdu and English
  • Time: 6 minutes per set
Day 3 – GTO First Day
Indoor Tasks

Outdoor Tasks

Interviews may also be conducted on this day.
Day 4 – GTO Second Day

Day 5 – Final Day
On the final day:
  • Some candidates may face re-interviews

ISSB results are usually uploaded online the next day around morning time, while official letters may arrive later by post.
